Tight Hamstrings

I have very tight tendons and muscles in my hamstrings and knees.
Any exercises to make them more flexible and loose?

Use a form roller, it will hurt the first time because it basically a deep tissue massage but it works pretty much immediately

A piece of foam that is very dense and cylinder shape you can buy them online or there might be one at you local gym

For your hamstrings place the foam roller underneath it and lift your body up with your hands behind yourself and roll forward and back there are many videos on YouTube if you don't understand what I meant
