Sprinting Soreness

Hi, whenever I perform sprinting Intervals my whole body feels broken and injured and takes 2-3 days to recover. Is that normal for sprinting or am I doing something wrong?

It's normal... It happens to me but I still keep ridding my bike and i don't know y it helps my muscles

It's normal , yet don't take 2-3 days off because as soon as you get back on track you'll body will be sore and start hurting you all over again so the best thing to do is not take a break and push yourself harder so that you get over this phase and your body get used to it (after 3 days max) it will no longer cause you pain

I'm not a sprinter but I train for speed so the first time I did sprinting intervals I stayed sore and it took me 3 days to recover and this happened to me every time I do sprints but now I started doing technique drills and it actually helps and it increases your speed
