So I sprained my wrist by failing on a big jump. And I had it in a wrapped up and put less strain on it as possible, but it has been a month now and no signs of healing. It's this a sign of permanent damage, or do I still have hope?

A few years ago I had surgery on my wrists and then shortly after I broke it.. Not my finest winter! Anyway. I still have a ton of trouble doing multiple sets of push-ups, or anything with the wrist such as planks. I know it's not exactly like your situation but it just shows how fragile the wrist really is!

That's how I am now. I just got into clapping push ups, then this happens. I can't do those anymore now.

Yeah it hurts worse when turned counterclockwise, if that  means anything, and the doctor said it was a sprain and to keep it compressed. And if it doesn't heal after one week, he will take me to a physical therapist....50 minutes away. Funds are tight so I can't afford to go right now.

Sounds like the same thing I had man it sucks bro I couldn't lift or do weights or anything. It just takes a lot of time mine almost took 3 months to fully heal. Your lucky you didn't fracture anything though. Just try not to use the hand you injured rest it as much as possible
