Hamstring Injury Help

I pulled my hamstring during a football game last season around about October. Is it normal to still feel pain and soreness in that Hamstring

I had an hamstring pull.. Grade 2 tear... It is very important you consult a physio! First few days I could barely walk.. I used to ice it 4-5 times a day for a week.. Then slowly you need to get the muscles massaged for the nerves to circulate ... once you feel better that is in the third week you can slowly start a rehab program completely monitored... I hope this will help all those people out there..

Depends. Hamstrings are really though muscle to recover from. Even pro athlethes with great guidances make mistakes with comming back to early or hurting it more times in a row. Best to get guidance in a hospital for this problem.

Yup only if its minor, i call it tenderness where it dont hurt per say but you can feel just something back their

Yeah it's like I don't feel it until I get done running on it
