I am trying to find some good stretches for my ankle. I have an issue with my tendon always really sore and was told its because they are so tight...any suggestions?
Find a set of stairs or some sort of ledge that you can stand on. Make sure your heels are over the ledge and the balls of your feet are on the ledge. Then slowly lower your heels down. You should feel the stretch in your achilles tendons and calves. For strengthing, do the same thing but then add slow calf raises. Start out with 10 reps x 3 sets and build up from there.
