How come th things tht cost us th most n life is not material or even bought with money?? Mmmm th stupid things we do...or mayb its just me...i was playing basketball by myself workin on drills stuff like tht.. i cudnt get somthin rite and i got overwhelmed as such is common for an aspie and i kicked my ball and hurt my knee.... yea thts gonna cost me ...oh well ill work around it i hav no off switch..so detour i must..i must keep going...aspie obsession 101 ...any suggestions on exercises or workouts i can use to keep heart rate up without aggravating a knee injury?

if you can at least stand on it then maybe like shadow boxing, quick fake punches and jabs and uppercuts and elbows and the really fast speed bag circle hands punching in the air.

Stationary floor exercises like many of the core workouts...

Maybe stuff like:
Rapid-Fire Obliques
(of course just skip or modify anything that hurts)

That's all I can think of right now, good luck.
