6 months ago I had a baby. I went on a walk/jog with a friend of mine at about 4 weeks postpartum. Since then I have had constant knee pain. I tried to start a workout program but was unable to keep up due to this pain. I'm not even 25 yet so I didnt think knee pain was anything I needed to worry about. I really want to lose this baby weight. Can anyone give me any words of wisdom on what to do??? Thanks in advance :)
First thing go to see a doctor.
Cause if you are wounded it won't disappear with work out!
It could be even worst.
And if you still want to working out then you can do abs or push ups, dips pull ups.
Swimming would be a good option too
