Hi fellow Skimblers,
Recently I've been getting headaches often after completing my workouts.
Is anyone experiencing this same problem? Does anyone know why I am experiencing this problem and/or a possible solution said problem?

Drink more water before working out.
Is tht th only symptom? Pay attention to how u feel after th workout and during...make sure its not ur blood preasure dropping ...it can b very dangerous...if after proper hydration it continues u may want to get a check up also whn ur exerciseing pay attention to ur breathing make sure ur not holding ur breath
Feeling that now too...probably dehydration or pushing past your limit.
