Headache after working out

Hi fellow Skimblers,

Recently I've been getting headaches often after completing my workouts.
Is anyone experiencing this same problem? Does anyone know why I am experiencing this problem and/or a possible solution said problem?

Well this can sometimes meen your over working your body and it's working so hard. Sometimes it can meen yu didn't eat enough or get a good sleep. If so, make sure yu eat good and sleep good. Drink alot alot of water.

Is tht th only symptom? Pay attention to how u feel after th workout and during...make sure its not ur blood preasure dropping ...it can b very dangerous...if after proper hydration it continues u may want to get a check up also whn ur exerciseing pay attention to ur breathing make sure ur not holding ur breath

Your muscles in your neck shoulders and upper back could be really tight and causing the headaches make sure your stretching your upper body as much as your working it

I don't experience headaches every time after I'm done working out. The muscles in my shoulders and upper back do feel really tense often. Maybe that's the main reason. Sometimes I even feel a tingly feeling; a clodded nerve maybe?

Go see a doctor its better safer thn sorry....i never stretch before lifting my warm ups r light sets for higher reps in order to warm up my body as well as bring th blood to th targeted body part also called a pump... so i dnt knw and stretchin or no stretching a tingling feeling is somthing else...u cud b using wrong form??? I dnt knw its safer thn sorry please go see a doctor...professional advice is best no matter how small it mite b or seems to b they will knw instead of jus a lot of ideas

Feeling that now too...probably dehydration or pushing past your limit.

I kept thinking bout ths topic and began looking into it..one thing i found out is its a lot more common thn realized and many people suffer frm ths...there r many contributing factors dehydration holding ur breath during exercise blood preasure even wat u eat before a workout can hav an effect...to sum it up though professionals hav placed these workout headaches or migraines into two categories 1)primary and 2) secondary...th primary catagory is triggered by th things mentioned earlier key word their is triggered and their is a pill tht doctors prescribe for ths..th next catagory secondary is a...
