anyone know any good hip stretches? I made a quick turn and think I knocked my left hip out of place. obviously not literally but it sure feels that way. suggestions?
Kind of hard to explain stretches. Google stretches for your IT Band, hip flexers, and internal/ external hip rotators.
Chiropractor would help if out.
Pigeon pose (king pigeon if you can), butterfly, low lunge (and knee with back knee on floor), knee hugs....
