Hip Stretches?

If it feels painful to stretch it at all back off of it. Just give it a couple of days then slowly start to stretch it. You can actually make it worse by stretching it too soon.

Pigeon pose (king pigeon if you can), butterfly, low lunge (and knee with back knee on floor), knee hugs....

STRETCH (hip flexors)

I'd suggest either of these. I don't do them as often as I probably should but when u do they're both great.

Kind of hard to explain stretches.  Google stretches for your IT Band, hip flexers, and internal/ external hip rotators.

anyone know any good hip stretches? I made a quick turn and think I knocked my left hip out of place. 😰😿 obviously not literally but it sure feels that way. suggestions?

Hip flexor stretches are pretty good go slow and take your time!
