My ankles are worse than my knees. They gave alway popped and cracked, but recently I nearly broke one, and the other one fractured.
Trying to see what exercises I csn do to keep cardio up and strengthen them.
You cant strenghten your joints in that way. You should look more in mobilizing them. Get better movement in the joint by working against stiffnes and bad movement. Next to this stenghten the surrounding and suporting muscles.
Do your calves buddy. Don't rush into getting your dream physique before getting your foundations right. Calf raises....especially donkey raises are best for you. You'll get there. Best of luck
