I was stretching for a split which was the first time in a long time I've tried a split. I think I over stretched and almost every exercise I do it hurts bad. Should I stop for a day or so or power through it? It's not muscle pain, it's definitely my hip joint
I would wait until you feel better. Make sure that you don't bounce when you stretch.
Thank you. Tonight I tried not to do any exercises that put and strain on my hips. Tomo I will see how I feel and maybe just take a rest day.
