Hurt hips? Did I pull something?Should I stop?

I was stretching for a split which was the first time in a long time I've tried a split. I think I over stretched and almost every exercise I do it hurts bad. Should I stop for a day or so or power through it? It's not muscle pain, it's definitely my hip joint

Take a day off, your using a muscle you haven't used in a while so stretch more and try again Monday.

I would wait until you feel better. Make sure that you don't bounce when you stretch.

Thank you. Tonight I tried not to do any exercises that put and strain on my hips. Tomo I will see how I feel and maybe just take a rest day.

Send me a pic of your hips so I can assess the damage ^_^ Jk jk lol.. But Yea just let that pain go away and start back up.. And if it comes back take However long for it to go away.. Repeat this process and eventually (Once your muscles get used to that exercise) the pain will be close to none! #Goodluck #Happytraining....
