I'm working on building my upper body strength and I have previously hurt my right shoulder when I once carried around a heavy book bag. The left shoulder is very flexible. The right isn't able to flex as far as the left. Am I able to increase the flexibility again and correct this as I build my strength? What are proper ways to go about this?
I started using this stretch a few weeks back. Really helped me with my arm balances. Less stiffness. I suggest you start of with a very wide grip.
