Acl injuries

Hi 17yr female who recently done my acl, meniscus and subchondral fracture to the tibia. Anyone help me with how they prepared for surgery, mines in 15 days and it's killing me to see all my leg muscels wasted. I have a full leg brace and don't have full movement. Any advice will be great

Including physical therapy is a great option for you. They will work on getting you transitioned back to your activities of daily living. I am a personal trainer and have had many athletic clients come to me with this same issue. Strengthening the quadriceps is key.
