Knee pain while touching my toes
When I try to stretch and touch my toes the area behind my knee hurts a little, I feel like someone is slowly piercing it with a knife.
Are there any good exercises for that area?
Ps: I do warmup and my hamstrings don't hurt.
It's not that painful but it does bother me when I stretch. I don't need a dr don't worry ^^ thnks
