Knee pain while touching my toes

When I try to stretch and touch my toes the area behind my knee hurts a little, I feel like someone is slowly piercing it with a knife.
Are there any good exercises for that area?
Ps: I do warmup and my hamstrings don't hurt.

Bending to touch your toes stretches your hamstring, which extends to the back of the knee. Some pulling is normal. ... Slowly piercing with a knife? That's not normal. That's something that you need to ask a doctor about. Please don't take any exercise suggestions on here. We can't examine your knee, we can't know what the problem is, and we can't treat the problem. An exercise that works well for one person might only make your injury worse.

It's not that painful but it does bother me when I stretch. I don't need a dr don't worry ^^ thnks
