Bad shoulders

So I'm a swimmer that's had major shoulder issues on the right side for over a year. The doc says its instability. Recently my left shoulder has started acting up too. I have a little less then a month left in the season and I just want to make it through. Any suggestions on excersises to strengthen them?

It will be hard to do so while in season for swimming as your training is often different for in season vs off season(or at least it should be). Since you only have a few weeks left I'd focus on management of pain and then hit the strengthening after the season. Focus should be on scapular stabilizers first then the larger shoulder movers.
