Low Impact Workouts

I have knew and lower leg problems which restrict me from doing any form of high impact exercises, such as jumping. Are there any workouts you can recommend please? Thanks :)

I do water therapy to eleviate RA pain twice a week and it helps with the pain from high impact situations. I suggest yoga and Pilates mixed with water therapy

What kind of workouts are you looking to do? Cardio? Strength training?

My main 'aims' are weight lost and a general fitness so cardio would be ideal.

Using a bike is great low impact. Isometrics is good too, such as yoga. When I want a switch from running I find shadow boxing can get my heart rate up to about the same level.

Yoga and pilates would be good, exercise and stretch out your legs too. It may be beneficial for your current issues even! I agree exercise bike is good, also perhaps swimming where there is no real strain on your knees but you can get a good gentle yet effective workout. Hope this helps!
