I've been wanting to do bum and leg exercises but I had to go to the hospital as my Thigh Bone was rubbing against my Knee bone and therefore when I exercised it made it hurt. I went to physio but it hasn't worked. So if I squat or anything it hurts quite quickly. Has anyone got any exercises for your bum which could help me? Or some you don't have to bend your legs?
Would be massive help.

Hmmm you should probly try a hyper extension bench. I know it blasts your hamstrings forsure and I'm pretty sure
it helps with glutes as well. Goodluck!
