I have arthritis in my joints and it's a pain to workout sometimes, literally. Plus I have an internally torn meniscus. Any anti-inflammatory tips? What works for you?
I have hip arthritis after surgery. My flexibility is limited on that side. I attempt to continue working out, but have come to rely on aleve to help with the pain. I have started taking glucosamine supplements, but am at the point where I need a cortisone shot. I recommend you figure out what your limits are with range of motion and slowly try to push a little bit past them each time.
