Post foot surgery - need workout suggestions

Hi all -

I had bunion surgery in January, and I'm still a bit rough on my feet. I can really do push-ups or anything involving jumping or excess pressure on my feet due to the discomfort and stiffness, but I need to start working out again! I just got the iPhone app and am wondering if anyone else has suggestions for workouts that are good for someone iny position.

I'm just trying to get back into shape after several months of being sedentary. So, I'm primarily looking for full body and fat burn workouts.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You might want to skip some exercises like planks. Simply click on the screen and press the rewind button in order to skip.

Hey bud, for push ups just put the operated foot on the good one so you dont put pressure on your operated foot. Same with planks. You can get good cardio without running by alternating abdominal exercises and planks and modified pushups without rest. Just get that heart goin and sweat driping.
