Exercises without putting weight on ankles ???? Help

Hi guys,
I've damaged the tendons in my ankle. I'm ok for short walks on it(which is ok for work). I've been told to rest it but I'm missing exercising.

Any advice on workouts here would be great. I've just been swimming but can't go all the time so looking for other workouts.

I am in the same situation as you. Looking for some type of cardio. How long are you out for?
