Who is the best exercise for basketball?

Did u mean "what" instead of who?:-) it depends what do u want to improve....shot, endurance, agility, strength, speed...etc.

You can try these:

1. Basketball Plyo pushups

This excercise help players how to give and absorb force effectively and efficiently. This will make a powerful upper body that'll help you dominate the hardwood.

2. Medicine Ball Wall Throws

It mainly focusses on hand-eye cordination and the nature of motions will increase your ability to pass,catch and control the basketball.

3. Medicine ball Rotational Side Wall Throws

Again concentrates on hand-eye cordination. '

4. Medicine balls Squat throws

It teaches yoy how to transfer the eergy from ground and explosively release it through your hands. 

But make sure that you do not hurt yourself. There are several basketball injuries that you might come acroos while practising for it. Make sure you take necessary actions to prevent it
