I just tried Epsom salts and warm water for my aching hands and it works well but just curious if anyone has any relievers that works for them, like something they learned from their grandparents and they've been using it since.
Just curious.

Magnesium oil with peppermint is a great one for fast relieve. Plus the magnesium absorbs into skin and can help calm muscle. Anti inflammatory foods are great like turmeric black pepper. Olive oil ginger garlic I have soaked my sore feet in apple cider vinegar and hot water. Worked ok
