Is high impact exercise bad for the joints or is it over a long period of time?
Also I heard that most bodybuilders get bad bones and joints sooner then the average person because they lift too heavy weights too quickly or use bad form. What do you guys say?
That's a myth, I know as I have a bad knee(13 surgeries and it has helped me)
