I was doing pretty good with the exercises, and then I get a shin splint... Ok, no problem. A week or so of rest and I should be good, right? Nope. Fractured a bone in my foot by stepping wrong outside while I was barefoot... Sooo, I'm upset and in some pain...

It's not quite that bad, but I probably should to help the swelling go down.

Things do happen in life that it makes it feel like nothing but roadblocks have been thrown your way, if you have to take time off from your program theres nothing wrong with making sure you wont be injured more. The biggist thing is to remember to come back to your training, alot of people fall off their program becuase (i missed a week or two) so they figure they have blowen their efferts and goals they set for themselfs so why bother again. Well, foot is healed now! No more going barefoot for whole days anymore, though.
