Everytime i started running,i always have this pain on my left abdominal..even though i had not been eating for 4-5 hours..can anyone tell me why and give me some sugestions ><
Hmm. . . This is very unusual. Could be many things. Does it feel like muscle or bone?
You mean like a running cramp? Thus can happen when you begin running. As you get fitter it won't happen as often. Sucks!
I had the same problem; stretching properly and keeping your self hydrated before and even during runs should help a lot.
