I had the same problem; stretching properly and keeping your self hydrated before and even during runs should help a lot.

Try stretching that area before running? I like to think of my muscles as rubber bands. Got to stretch them to get that elasticity.
If the pain persists, you should probably see a doctor.

Try cobra pose. And side bends.

You mean like a running cramp? Thus can happen when you begin running. As you get fitter it won't happen as often. Sucks!

Everytime i started running,i always have this pain on my left abdominal..even though i had not been eating for 4-5 hours..can anyone tell me why and give me some sugestions ><
