Try heating pad as suggested. Try putting a back support for the mean time. Take a break from working out and stretch. I heard maybe your core muscles are weak and it might be causing the backaches. If all things fail, take a robaxacet to relieve the pain if u have no other choice. Maybe you are not doing some exercises with proper alignment. Hope it gets better.
hey yolanda, the sit up Queen=)) do some seated spiral stretches for ur lower back, and do light deadlifting...like a 25 lb plate for insstance, youll gain raw strength in no time
Google the Superman exercise for your lower back. Also stretching with the yoga pose called childs pose will stretch it nicely.
