Any one has knee pain, I started feeling it like 3month ago so I decreased my workout time from 3 too 1 hour but still im not feeling better and it's hard to workout when having knee pain . Is there a way somebody knows that decrease the pain?
I have same issues could be low cartilage...does ur knee mke cracking noise when u bend them?...its scary cause I'm only 25, have u tried cycling that is easier on the knees
I had 2 knee surgeries on left knee when i was 15 im 21 now. What ive learn is stregthen your knees. When they feel weak give them a break.
