broken foot...workout ideas?!

Abs and upper body excersises. You can do strength training like lifting weights and different versions of sit ups. If you can, you can do a plank using your knees for a whole body workout!

If ur able to swim, that will give u all u need. Also help the ankle recover due to zero impact and support of the water.

i dont want to loose my fitness but im in a boot and on crutches so theres mot too much i can do.. does anyone have any good ideas or exercises? i want full body workouts and some type of cardioish thing to get my hr up and swweat! help!👍
