I worked out yesterday...nd nw my body is really paining.(some muscles are)
is it cool to workout out today???

Eat a fruit just after your workout abd do thisHarvard Health Cool Down,you will feel really less sore

Take a recovery protein shake, stretch and drink plenty of water. Your gonna be even more sore tomorrow
