A couple of weeks ago I sprained my ankle. I'm doing what I can on here and eating healthy whole foods, but I am unable to do most of the cardio which is really deterring my weight loss. Blah!

Try cycling. I dropped 90 lbs of steel plates on my foot and broke a few bones....I was soo discouarged but found I good do gentle cycling...it's worth a shot :)
