I often jog home from my school which is about 4 miles from my house, but I have a very 'bouncy' book bag. When my bag moves about on my shoulders and tears at my back, I'm afraid that I am soon going to injure myself. Anyone have any idea on how to prevent this without cutting into my jogging or getting a new bag? (short on cash and can't tighten the straps)

Do you have access to extra padding?

Pick different time to jogg. Do a brisk
walk instead.

You might have to take it off your back while you jog!

Then what would I do with it? Leave it on the jogging path!?
