I was wondering if anyone knew any tricks to get healed faster.I still workout very intense haven't really let it healed.

Please let it heal.i know à couple of people who refused to rest and they ended up having surgeries because it just got worse,please let it rest.please?

There's no way to heal a torn/pulled tendon, I would apply RICE ( Rest,Ice,Compress,Elevate)

And time, time is an important factor, of you don't allow your tendon to heal properly you risk a bigger chance of injuring yourself even more.

My biggest advice to you is to let it heal. Take a week or so off at least even tho it's hard. I ended up tearing my labrum Cus I didn't know how to rest and that surgery was a mother. Its been 11 months and I'm still not completely healed. Do light latt  and back exercises to build up your shoulder strength and good luck.
