Knee Probs !

I'm having problem with my knees for a year now. Chondropathy on the left and recently had an infestation on the right! I can't do squats and climb stairs. Its also tough for sailing though and I think its becoming worst with it. I need tips and advises such us workouts or some stretches after working out. Thanks a lot guys!

I injured my knee in November 2012 playing basketball, I'm close to full recovery, I stretched out my quads and hamstrings A LOT... I also activated my VMO, and foam roll my IT Band once in a while, and water contrast therapy helps for recovering after a workout :) my knee cap is still in subluxation, and also do a lot of workout on your hip flexors, they help relieve the stress :) hope this helps, sorry it's a bit long:P

Oh thank you! You're so kind:-) you really helped me. I will try to stretch my guads and my hamstring more and now that its summer I'll swim more. Thanks again:-)
