So im doin overheas tricep extensions n thinking hey I can lift more than this bad idea. The weight was to heavy n now ive pulled muscle in my left side. I have iced it but is it still ok to excercise? X
Stretch everyday. Lightly. Do light yoga. I'd give it at least 3-5 days. And after that even I'd lift very lightly at first. Very lightly.
No, give it rest for atleast few days. You can ofc still train legs or do most cardio. But give your muscle time to recover.
