To anyone does it this month .

You can still work out a few hours before breakfast. Be sure to get enough hydration. Good luck!

I usually workout 1 hour and 1/2 before Iftar. It gives me that last boost before the day is over! :)

Yes. I also feel fit when after working out. I do it 6 days a week :)
