What all should I try? I am pretty flexible and I have my splits and one over split, what can I try now?? Someone please challenge me. And ..... Tell me how to do it as well!

Wow! U know, there's special lessons or videos for improving flexibility... U should check 'em out. Wish u the best of luck. (Don't worry I'm sure u'll find something):-)

Umm, I'm not really sure love. Sorry, it's just I don't do flexibility exercises. And by the way ur very much welcome I just hope u find something (good luck & I'm so sorry, I just haven't a clue about flexibility, but I know that there's special free apps that keep u motivated):-):-)
