How to get off to sleep earlier? Starting school in a few days and I don't want to be up til midnight/later just thinking about random things. If any of you have a few lists, that would also be awesome.

Try not to use your smartphone or laptop 1-2 hours before sleep and if u can't stop using it ,u can use a blue light filter like 'twilight" from the play store . Working out in the morning also helped me and i run about 15 minutes before bed time

No caffeine or high-sugar foods after dinner. That's a big factor in preventing sleep.

I can't work out late or I won't sleep right.  Figure out if you can or can't.  +1 for Lights,  phone and tablet,  dead right on. Turn off lights around the house.  Your body operates on light.  That used to mean the sun. . . Artifical light stimulates.  TV. Phone,  tablet off. Reading makes me sleepy so I'll read before bed to wind down.  Improvement *2. Get up with the sun,  go to bed with the sun just like farmers used to do.
