whenever i do a full plank, the only parts of my body that pain is the heels of my hands.. because of my body weight.. i suspect i am doing something wrong.. ??
No you are not you just have the weight of your self. But you have to have your legs to gether and your back striat and arms at solder with spread apart. Your hand are suppost to hurt until you get use to it.
Firstly...improve ur efficiency wid elbow plank...nd den gradually switch to full planks..! Nd yu must keep ur core tight!! I guess dats d thing which u r not doing....n dats a gamechanger....try it out... :)
Try elbow planks, when you do a pushup, use parallets, i use them to be easier on my wrists.
I never liked doing bent wrist push ups, I do them on my fists, or use handles that lift me a few extra inches off the ground. Try it for your planks too and see if it helps.
