Gum membership or home gym??

M aiming for abs nd arms....nd i hve like 3 months to make em....so...wht shud i do...?? go fr a gym or home gym??? (Money is not an issue..but convenience is...)

I say home if it is awkward to get to the gym it could take time away from your workout due to traveling also I personaly feel less confident at a gym as ther is people fitter and stronger than me wer as at home u can go at your own pace or let loose without thinking if people are looking at u x

For abs and arms you really don't need a gym membership. I find that they really help people who feel like they need a boost in motivation but for convenience and equal results invest in some weights for home and work at it regularly. 
I've cancelled my membership and found myself meeting my goals at home quicker than I did at the gym.

Spend the money you would have spent on a gym membership on creating a home gym instead.
You will have less distractions.

I prefer the gym as I have nowhere for gym equipment at home right now, all the equipment I need is at the gym along with experienced staff who help me when I need it. No distractions, just the odd strange look with me being the only girl in the free weights room!
