Does anyone else find that working out relieves stress.
absolutely true..whenever i feel stressed or angry, i do some kind of an activity..espacialy since im not the opened heart & out spoken type of person..i keep it to myself but i relif it with workouts,skating & martial art stick fighting(which is my favorite relifer)
i also read once that its an o blood type thing to relief stress with an activity
Definitely!!! Without it I would have been arrested for assault or murder or something...
