I hate getting sick.

I absolutely hate it every time I get sick. It puts me back on my workouts! It becomes harder and harder to do them. At this moment my allergies are effecting my breathing and making me extra sleepy because I can't get a good nights sleep. Keep waking up in pain.

Take some time off the workout until you feel better.. Just don't eat more then usual. Hope you feel better!
