Took a nap after working out and cleaning a large portion of my house. Feel like crud now! Always hate waking up sick from naps. Anybody else have this happen? Just in general. I really try to stay away from napping - but it's a rainy day and those are the most comforting of days for me!

They say napping time should be between 15- 45 min to not feel yuk after :-)

A good nap after a good workout is always nice

Is likely that you just woke up that little too soon.  Wake up out of a deep sleep and you will feel rough.  Try extending your nap or reducing it by 15 mins or so and see if it helps

Thanks for the tip! That may actually have been what it was. I was feeling a bit heavy and head-achey when I woke up. I'm wondering if this is also a hydration issue? I have to be honest - I get very little water in to my body. I'm trying to do better!

Probably a combination of both.

Especially if you drink coffee or tea during the day. You can feel almost hung over sometimes due to the caffeine levels in your body falling overnight
