Ok so i play basketball and im really close to touching rim. Im
5 '9 and i want to know which exercises will help my verticle jump i just want to jump higher

Same with me. What i do is...

.calf rasies 5 sets,40 reps
.squat jumps
.30 miniutes of jump ropes
.30 minuites of jumping jacks
.then wait for like a minute for breaks then run for 1-5 min.
