So I am so lost! I have horrible knees and it makes working out extremely tough... especially squats, lunges and things of that nature. Now I know I have to build up the muscle around them but how when it hurts so bad? If anyone has any tips workouts anything please share them!
Also, stretching your quads may make a big difference. Sometimes its not only a strength imbalance but a flexibility issue as well. Good luck! :) Show those knees who's boss!
