Hello everyone. Im new at this program..im looking to tone my core as well as get rid of this muffin top, tone my butt n legs..any suggestions on good workouts to do so? (My main focus is my stomach area) ..thanks!! ^_^
Cardio & Water will be good friends. Incorporate weights later on alternating days. If you don't like running, do fighting cardio. Still build a sweat.
