Hi how do i activate the 6 month pro+ membership on Samsung galaxy S5? I sent an email to skimble 4 days ago, still no reply. Could some one help me Please?
I had the same problem. They are probably swamped with all the s5 users, but they did fix the problem.
Did you download the app through galaxy gifts? if so uninstall and download the version on Google play store.
I noticed that galaxy gift download was for an older version.

Thanks for the reply. I've sent two emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. The first one was sent on 4 days ago, still no reply. I tried uninstall and install from play, still no difference. Can not find a phone number for skimble to actually call some one and get it fixed. Very annoying.
They replied to me within about 4 days and activated the 6 months free. Before that I had tried uninstalling and doing it again and that did not work.
Support@skimble.com is where I sent the emails to. Will wait a couple of days and see if they reply before requesting again. Thanks!
