Work out when sore?

My triceps are Hellas sore and I wanted to do a set of pull ups n muscle ups should I give it another day to recover?

Sore is always good. It means your muscles are growing or getting strong. If you feel pain, which is different from sore, then you should rest for a day or two. But not too much bc it would be like starting over again
