Okay guys I need a weight gainer can y'all tell me what would be the best protein to get so that I can gain weight in areas that I would like to.

When taking protein to gain mass, it is the added calories that are helpino you gain. Most proteins designed for gains will tell you right on the front

Take 2 pounds of chocolate protein powder.
Take 7-8 pounds of oats.
Blend all the oats into powder.
Take 1-2 pounds of COLD chocolate milk powder.

Mix everything.
That's one healthy, protein rich and cheap weight gainer for 30-60 days :)

Bsn syntha 6 protein blend. If u want to gain you have to look for the blends that have more grams of amino acids
